Purchase Order Confirmation

All orders (including re-orders) are confirmed. Order confirmation is to ensure complete accuracy of order and availability of inventory. Order confirmations must be reviewed, signed and returned to proceed with production.

Please be specific as possible, including item number, quantity, cost and any other important information to ensure a complete and accurate order. “In Hands” and “Ship” dates are very important to indicate for orders that need to be received and shipped in a timely manner.


Production Time

Screen print: 15-20 business days after art approval and order confirmation are received.

Note: Art approval and order confirmation are required prior to production on all orders.


Inventory

Inventory is based upon our most commonly sold items – should an item not be available at time of order; customer will be notified immediately.


Item Assortment

Although many items are shown on our website , Deco West, Inc. has access and can provide many other glasses, ceramic and plastic products.

Multi-Color Imprints

Deco West, Inc, offers up to five (5) high quality multi-color imprints on most glass and ceramic items. Although most items presented are available with up to five (5) colors. Flat, square and some oversized items are only available with a one color imprint.


Overrun Policy

All items may be shipped as much as 10% over or under on orders of 288 or less and 5% over or under on orders of 289 or more. Exact quantity shipments are available at an additional charge of 5%.

Shipments/Claims

Glassware and ceramics are generally not suitably packaged for small package carrier shipments. If you require shipping via small package, we must repack the order into protective carts at $6.00charge per carton.

This charge is in addition to the freight charge and will be itemized on the invoice. If you experience breakage, we can imitate a claim for you, only if we shipped on our account number. Third party or collect claims must be filed by account holder.

All claims must be submitted in writing.

Claims, other than that involving freight carrier, must be submitted in writing to our office. Shipments returned without prior permission will be refused. Before any complaint is processed, we reserve the right to inspect several production pieces.

Upon request freight estimates will be provided – HOWEVER, ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. FREIGHT ESTIMATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Drop/Split shipments are billed at $10.00 per drop location.
Shipments via US Mail must be pre-paid.

Special delivery instructions must be indicated on all purchase orders; such as inside, residential, lift gates and etc. Failure to do so may result in delayed delivery and additional freight charges forwarded to you after the initial invoice is issued. Deco West, Inc will not be held responsible for third party charges resulting from incorrect addresses.


Missing/Lost or Damaged Goods Policy.

Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt for missing/lost or damaged goods

We ask that you report the receipt of a missing/lost or damaged product within 14 days of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.


PROPOSITION 65

Deco West, Inc. decorates products utilizing materials that comply with current U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidelines for heavy metal release standards.

The State of California does not recognize the FDA standards. California enforces its own standards defined as: “The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, referred to as Proposition 65”.

This legislation only applies to California and does not ban any product. It requires compliance with the law or the use of product warnings. Deco West, Inc. complies with this California Law. However, it is the customer´s responsibility to notify Deco West, Inc. of shipments that will be utilized in California


Metallic Gold and Platinum Imprints and Halos

Metallic Gold and Platinum Imprints are Prop 65 Compliant. Neither is dishwasher or microwave oven safe. Regular metallic up charge applies.


Microwave Safe Metallic Gold and Platinum Imprints and Halos

Compliant with Prop 65 and not for use in dishwasher. Micro safe materials are darker in color than Metallic Gold and Platinum materials.
